LesAcasino.com will make every effort to ensure your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our policy is in place to protect players against online fraud and therefore requires that LesAcasino.com members will be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal is made.
We accept scanned or digitally photographed documents. These may be emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org as jpeg, tiff or pdf files of no more than 1MB per attachment. There is a 10MB limit for each email.
(a) Photographic ID
Copies of your valid passport, national ID card or drivers’ license will be accepted provided the photograph and signature are clearly visible.
(b) Credit Cards
A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your account is required. You are free to blank out the middle eight numbers and the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Please be aware that should you use multiple cards to fund your account, you may be asked to supply copies for these additional cards.
(c) Proof of address (must be dated within the last 3 months)
You may be required to verify your address by providing us with a credit card bill, bank statement or utility bill.
Please ensure that the whole of the document is clearly visible including all edges and that all text is legible. Please note that additional documentation may be required under certain circumstances.
We only need you to send your ID once. Your account will be updated as soon as your documents are received and processed (up to 72 hours). You can then make withdrawals from your LesAcasino.com account.
Please note that occasionally we may need to ask, at your sole cost, for additional documentation such as confirmation of deposits, a bank reference or notarised ID. Please note that some of these documents may be required to be sent to our postal address.

VIP and VIP Elite players are entitled to higher withdrawal limits, up to $50,000 per month.
Players who have reached Bronze, Silver or Gold levels are entitled to withdrawals of up to $15,000 (or currency equivalent) per month.
